I have recently set out on the MONUMENTAL task of making my way through the official Bob's Burgers cookbook. Clearly not just any meat will do. I've always been a huge fan of Main Street Meat Co's bacon wrapped filets and figured I couldn't go wrong with using their ground beef....Let me tell ya it makes the BEST darn burgers that I have ever had. The staff even had my back and recommended what type and fat content for my burgers and they really knew their stuff. The best part? It ended up being even CHEAPER than the grocery stores. SO if you are looking to get some of the best high quality meat on the market, then you need to go to main street meats. I cannot wait to go back for more and cook up my next burger on the list.
