Fill large pot with enough water to cover pork ribs and add vinegar and 2 T. salt. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients (not garnishes) and whisk to combine. Pour over ribs and marinate for an hour or more. Choose a cooking method below:
Crock Pot: Slow cook all ingredients 4-5 hours on high.
Instant Pot: Pressure cook all ingredients 45 minutes on “meat” mode.
Oven: Put all ingredients in oven proof dish and cook in 325* oven for 2-3 hours, covered.
Grill: After marinating the ribs, grill them, reserving the marinade. Heat the marinade to boil and cook til thickened. Serve with grilled ribs.

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 T. honey
1 T. ginger, ground
1 T. garlic, minced
sesame seeds, chopped green onion, optional garnish
