Holiday Dinner Reheating Directions Turkey with Gravy, Corn, Green Beans, Mac & Cheese, Potatoes, all varieties, BBQ Meatballs
Place pans on a baking sheet for easiest removal from oven. Leave covered (remove plastic film if needed) & heat in 350* oven for approximately 30-45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165*.
The fruit pies are unbaked and frozen. Please place on a baking sheet and bake in 350* for 1 hour, 15 minutes from frozen. (may defrost in refrigerator night before, and cut bake time to 45 minutes. Fruit will bubble at edges when pie is done.
Chocolate silk, Peanut Butter, Key Lime, Pecan & Pumpkin Pies, and Cheesecakes are fully cooked and frozen. Defrost in refrigerator overnight.
Seasoned Roasts
Place 2 c. water in pan, place roast in pan, in 325* oven until internal temper reaches 135* (medium, approximately 2 hours, but depends on size of roast.)
Smoked Turkeys are fully cooked, only need to be re-heated, 2 c. water in pan covered with foil and heat in 275* oven for 1 ½ -2 hours (depending on size). Internal temp should be 160*.
Bone-in Hickory Ham reheat in 350* oven, covered with 2-3 c. water. Approximately 2-3 hours, or until internal temp is 150*
Boneless Half/Whole Ham in covered pan with 2 c. water in 275* oven. Approximately 2 hours, or until internal temp reaches 120-140*
Turkey-internal temp/cooking times. 325* oven
10-12 LBS. 2½ to 3 hours
12-14 LBS. 3 to 3½ hours
14-16 LBS. 3 ½ to 4 hours
