Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Ingredients
2 lbs. Bacon (pick your favorite MSM flavor)
2 lbs Asparagus
1/2 c. butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
Clean and trim asparagus spears. Making bundles of asparagus (2-3 spears, depending on size). Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon, secure with toothpicks. Place on oven ready baking sheet lined with foil.
In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper and bring to a boil. Let boil for one minute. Ladel over the asparagus bundles. Bake in 400* oven for 20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese!
