Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Bourbon Glazed Salmon

3 T. brown sugar

3 T. Bourbon

2 T. soy sauce

1 t. grated, peeled fresh ginger

1 T. lime juice

3 garlic cloved, minced

1/4 t. black pepper

4 skinless salmon filets

1 T. toasted sesame seeds

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-loc plastic bag. Add salmon filets and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours, turning through half of time.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan. Cook at least 4 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reaches desired doneness. Place on plate and drizzle with the cooked marinade. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
