Tuna Steaks, 2 or more
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. fresh ginger, minced
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
3 T. sesame seeds
For marinade, in a small ziploc bag, pour the sesame oil and soy sauce. Add the garlic and ginger. Place the tuna steaks inside and move the contents around to cover entirely. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. Discard the marinade and remove the tuna steaks.
Heat grill and wipe the grates with oil on a paper towel. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a plate and coat both sides of the tuna steaks before placing on hot grill.
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until done.
