2 Chicken Breast, cubed (1 lb)
1/2 c. brown sugar
20 oz. can pineapple chunks with juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. long grain white rice
Add all of the ingredients to the pressure cooker and mix and cover with the liquid.
Set instant pot to high pressure for 12 minutes and 10 minutes natural pressure release.
