Sheet Pan Chicken & Beef Fajitas

2 T. olive oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

3 bell peppers, thinly sliced, red, green, yellow

1 MSM USDA Choice Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced

1 8-10 oz. MSM Chicken Breast

2 T. taco seasoning

2 t. smoked paprika

1/2 t. mild chili powder

juice of one lime (approx. 1 1/2 T.)

For serving: Tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado

Preheat oven to 400*. Place all of the prepared vegetables and meat in a large bowl. Combine all of the seasonings in small bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the meat and produce. Sprinkle the seasoning combination and lime juice over all and combine well, thoroughly coating. On a baking sheet, spread all of the ingredients out evenly. Roast in 400* oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until temperature of meat reads 165*. Do not let it over-cook! Serve with tortilla shells.
