Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp

2.5 lbs. Large Shrimp or Prawns, deveined and peeled

1/2 c. butter

5 t. garlic, chopped

1 1/2 t. coursely ground black pepper

1 1/2 T. Cilantro or Parsley, finely chopped

Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400*. Rinse prepared shrimp and dry them on paper towel. In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic and pepper. Combine shrimp and seasoned butter on the sheet pan until all shrimp are evenly coated. Place in oven and cook 10 minutes, (cooking time depends on size of shrimp). Shrimp will be pink and opaque. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley or cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! ????
