Caprese Grilled Filets with Balsamic Reduction

Brush olive oil and salt and pepper both side of filets. Grill to perfection. Top with tomato slices, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella.

Drizzle Balsamic Reduction over all.

 

Balsamic Reduction

2 c. Balsamic Vinegar

½ c. Maple Syrup

Pour both in a sauce pan and boil for 25 minutes. This is great over grilled vegetables too! You’ll have extra, store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
